Training & Support Services

QStar offers a regular schedule of product training sessions at our US and European headquarters, as well as special request onsite training with partners and customers. QStar’s Professional Services are also available to both channel partner and customers and include: migration, analysis and customer product development.

Training Overview

Professional technical training sessions are offered for a range of QStar’s solutions and products. These sessions are designed for QStar’s channel partners that are taking first line technical support or for end users that desire in depth knowledge of the QStar products. QStar strongly encourages channel partners to update their training skills every 12 months to stay current with product developments.

Training Locations

Training sessions are regularly scheduled at QStar’s corporate training centers in Milan, Italy and Mary Esther, Florida, USA. With advanced agreement from QStar, training can also be held in the field at a channel partner facility or an end user site.

Training Agenda

Training classes are available in two day sessions for end users and four day sessions for technical support professionals. Typical training sessions include instruction on site analysis, installation, system configuration, management and trouble shooting. A full training agenda is available for each course upon request.

Training Cost

Regular training sessions are free of charge for QStar channel partners (refer to the QStar Partner Program Guide for details and restrictions). End users interested in attending training sessions should contact their local QStar sales representative to receive a quote for the course they would like to attend.
