   RoHS Compliance Statement

QStar is collaborating with our suppliers to comply with the European Union Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment ("RoHS") Directive (2002/95/EC), which took effect on July 1, 2006. The RoHS directive prohibits the sale of electronic equipment containing certain hazardous substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls ("PBB") and polybrominated diphenylethers ("PBDE") in the European Union.

QStar is taking RoHS very seriously and have initiated a program to ensure that the Sntry Series Archive Appliances satisfies the RoHS Directive with respect to the various categories of electronic products.

QStar is committed to fully comply with the RoHS Directive. All of our standard products are designed to be RoHS-compliant.
